Bec is a vinyasa and yin yoga, meditation and breathwork teacher, bodyworker, Sekhem energy practitioner AND ECSTATIC DANCE FACILITATOR.

She has completed over 700 hours of training under the guidance of teachers Noelle Connolly, Maty Ezraty, Janet Stone, Mark Haviland, Duncan Parviainen, Cassie Lee and more. For more than 6 years Bec has been teaching studio classes and workshops, developing a style that honours creative expression and devotion to self.

Bec shares from the depth of her own practice, the eight-limbed path of yoga, her creative approach to asana and alignment, and her reverence for devotional and heart-centred yoga.

With a powerful yet gentle approach to her teaching, she guides students to explore the tensions between stillness and movement, and the connections between body, mind and spirit. Her dedication to teaching is driven by her desire to help others journey back to wholeness, with simple practical tools that can be implemented into every day.

Over the years Bec has explored a large range of holistic health modalities as part of her own journey. It's through these life experiences she has evolved to create spaces to help others do the same.
